Metalwork

Metals and alloys such as stainless steel, steel, aluminum and their transformation allow a multitude of possibilities

The metal workshop is equipped with a machine park ranging from cutting, machining, welding, welding, folding, bending, rolling, assembly to painting. We work with flat products and long products (tubes, bars and profiles).

FAQS

What is the difference between 304L and 316L stainless steel?

The important difference between 316 L stainless steel (austenitic stainless steel) and 304 L stainless steel is the presence of 2.5 to 3% molybdenum in 316 L. This gives 316 L increased resistance to certain corrosions.

What is galvanized steel?

Galva is steel covered with a zinc surface coating to protect it from corrosion.

What is the difference between TIG and MIG welding?

The MIG welding process is faster than TIG. Deformations are also limited with the MIG technique. However, with TIG welding, the welding speed is slower, but the work is more robust, accurate, and aesthetic.

What is the difference between liquid paint and powder or epoxy paint?

Paint in liquid form, diluted by a solvent, with or without the addition of a hardener. These products are harmful to the environment and their use is regulated. Powder paint (often called epoxy paint) is a neutral product applied by an electrostatic phenomenon. The powder is transformed by firing at 180° in a tunnel oven and gives the paint significant hardness characteristics.
