Based on the customer's specifications, we drew up the plans for the new order preparation cart with automated lifting by electric jack. The latter must be autonomous and therefore coupled to an energy box containing the batteries + converter + integrated charger.

The objective is for the truck to be ergonomic with the right lifting system as well as its good autonomy.

By using the FUSION 360 software to create the plans and integrate the automatic lifting system, we then produced the DWG file before manufacturing.

Following the validation of the plans by the customer, we manufactured the cart starting with 1 piece that had to be tested on their various platforms.

After use by the customer, we modified the original cart to make it even better suited to its function and design.
