In co-creation with our IT partner and the end customer unions, we had to find a compromise to satisfy both users in terms of ergonomics and in meeting its primary function, which lies in the transport of heavy loads.

After completing the design, we put the plans into the customer's hands for internal validation. The retractable feet as well as the inflatable wheels allowed us to improve its ergonomics.

By using the FUSION 360 software to create the plans in DXF but also in 3D, we were able to model the trucks in order to challenge him during an appointment with the end customer with our IT integrator partner.

We made the cart made of Bosch aluminum profile as well as PVC and galvanized steel.

After 1 round trip, we were able to manufacture the series in a short time and integrate the Pick to Light device as well as the control screen. Everything was tested with us before departure.
