The aim was to charge 4 sets of active earbuds at the same time. These columns are intended for changing rooms in factories.

After designing the furniture, we sourced the appropriate materials such as Coplast and stainless steel hinges with magnetic latch closure. This product had to be fire classified with material certification.

Using the FUSION 360 software to create the plans integrating the earbuds, we then created the DWG file by integrating the client's electronic equipment.

Following the serial order, we had to produce part No. 1 for customer validation before launch.

The series was made of PVC boxes assembled by gluing with transparent front doors. Integration of all the electronics for each locker then test before leaving the customer.
