01
Based on the specifications of the Bostik Marketing Department, we drew up the plans for the new VICTORIA dehumidifier with very clean lines compared to competing solutions. In addition, this device intended to reduce the humidity of the air in a room did not have to accept other tablets (consumables) from competitors.
02
After completing the design, we were surrounded by 3 injectors in order to move on to Design to Cost.
03
Using the FUSION 360 software to create plans integrating the pellets, we then made the file in EPS in STL for 3D printing.
04
Following the validation by the injectors of the final cost of the product, we 3D printed this atmosphere regulation device in order to check whether the pellets integrated perfectly.
05
After 3 round trips, we provided our customer with all the manufacturing plans so that he could subcontract in large quantities to injectors and we obviously re-ordered those who had advised us.
